As Cesco continues to scale-alongside rapid expansion of its field sales and technical organization-the company requires enhanced financial rigor to evaluate, structure, and track these opportunities. • Partner with commercial, technical, and operations teams to support pricing strategy and deal structuring.
  • Evaluate projects during the design and proposal phase to ensure financial viability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Track project performance post-implementation, including actual vs. forecasted financial outcomes.
  • Identify variances in cost, margin, and performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis related to project-based revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical project inputs into financial insights.
  • Play a role in supporting ERP/CRM initiatives.
  • Assist leadership in prioritizing opportunities and allocating capital effectively.
  • Help build scalable financial processes and frameworks to support rapid organizational growth.
