Full Job Description
The Specialist AI, BI, Analytics & Tools role is a new and exciting opportunity to provide analytics and reporting enablement within the FP&A / Accounting & Treasury function. This role translates business requirements into scalable, automated BI and analytics solutions that enable reliable, insight-driven management reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Architecture & Governance
  • Define and govern the global FP&A system landscape and analytics architecture.
  • Establish standards for planning, reporting, BI, and analytics tool usage.
  • Govern system changes, releases, and enhancements in coordination with IT.


Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Design and continuously improve global management reporting frameworks and dashboard concepts.
  • Define report structures, KPIs, data models, and visualization principles.
  • Develop and maintain standardized BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.


Data Management & Analytics Enablement
  • Govern reporting data models, data sources, and integration logic across systems.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare reporting data from multiple source systems.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and readiness for planning and reporting platforms.


Advanced Analytics & Automation
  • Implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and AIbased insights for FP&A use cases.
  • Drive automation initiatives such as workflow automation, data pipelines, and AI driven reporting.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and complex business intelligence requests.


Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement
  • Align costing, performance management, and analytics solutions across planning, accounting, and analytics tools.
  • Coordinate closely with IT and Finance governance bodies on system architecture decisions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in analytics processes, data solutions, and tools.

Ideal Profile:

Background & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI, or FP&A reporting, with experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.


Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Strong skillset in the use of SAP S/4HANA and Power BI/Fabric to support analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Experience working with BI, analytics, automation, and data tools to support decision making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
