  • Manage process development activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee process development at external foundry partners and update internal teams on progress.
  • Engage with foundries to manage development of MEMS processes and products.
  • Develop and maintain process specifications aligned with device specifications.
  • Conduct research and development of new Microphone MEMS processes for innovative microphone technologies.

Full Job Description
Foundry Technology Development Engineer is responsible for developing foundry technology processes with external foundry partners for the development of MEMS processes and devices, managing technology development programs at external foundries, and leading the transfer of internally developed process technologies to external manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive MEMS Foundry Process Development and NPI activities.
• Work closely with Design and manufacturing teams to develop new MEMS technology.
• Lead and manage process development activities including timeline and deliverables
• Manage process development at external foundry partners and communicate progress to internal teams
• Work directly with foundries managing the development MEMS processes and products at foundry partners
• Develop and maintain process specifications in order to meet device specifications
• Research and development on new Microphone MEMS processes leading to cutting edge microphones
• Support and drive process/technology development projects
• Support process quality requirements and continuous improvement plans

Requirements:
