Full Job Description
You are the founding GTM squad. You will work directly with the CEO and be a core builder of our go-to-market engine.

What the job actually looks like
If you're a future founder, this is one of the best apprenticeships you'll find.

You'll cold call 50 prospects on a Monday, build outbound sequences on Tuesday, and knock on doors at contractor offices on Wednesday. A few times a year you'll crush it at an industry trade show and draft follow-up sequences on the plane home. There is no SDR handing you leads. There is no inbound queue.

This is a startup. Your role will shift and grow fast. You own the pipeline first. Then you will start closing alongside the CEO, then take the wheel yourself. You become the voice of the customer and directly shape product priorities.

You're joining a GTM squad: two founding GTM hires, the CEO, and our Chief of Staff, all building the revenue engine together.

What success looks like
  • You have the fire. You consistently generate qualified pipeline through your own outbound.
  • You are hungry and hands-on. You do what needs to get done to win. You close early customers and expand them.
  • You're not just closing deals. You're building the sales machine: ICP clarity, messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, and win-loss notes
What you'll bring
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, including experience running your own discovery calls and closing deals
  • A track record of building and owning pipelines, with a drive to win
  • The presence to hold your own in sales calls with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs, and Directors
  • Founder-level grit and zero need for hand-holding

Strongly preferred: Experience in tech startup sales, SMB/mid-market sales, or familiarity with the home services / ServiceTitan ecosystem.
