Responsibilities
- Run and improve day-to-day company operations
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.
- Create polished presentations, documents, dashboards, and operational systems
- Coordinate projects and drive follow-through across teams
- Support leadership with execution-heavy operational work
- Help identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Build internal processes that increase leverage across the company
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, events, office operations, and strategic initiatives
- Operate with high responsiveness and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
