Primary Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and execution of Foreign Military Sales case activities and related program actions.
Assist with preparation, review, and tracking of FMS case documentation, program status materials, briefings, and reports.
Coordinate with program management, financial management, logistics, contracts, technical, and international program stakeholders.
Track FMS actions, suspense dates, case milestones, funding status, deliverables, and meeting outcomes.
Analyze program, schedule, financial, and logistics information to support case execution and leadership decision-making.
Support partner-nation meetings, program management reviews, working groups, and action-item closure.
Prepare clear written products including point papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, data-call responses, and status reports.
Maintain awareness of FMS policy, financial processes, export-related coordination requirements, and case execution procedures.
Support coordination of requirements, deliveries, sustainment planning, and program risks associated with international customers.
Help ensure FMS products are accurate, timely, and aligned with program objectives and government direction.
Required Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance and Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience or MA/MS degree in a relevant discipline.
Over 10 years of experience performing duties similar to the functional description.
Senior-level experience supporting DoW, Department of the Navy, or comparable international acquisition, financial, logistics, or program management activities.
Ability to work effectively with government, military, and contractor stakeholders.

Education Substitution
Associate's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with DSAMS, MISIL, Navy ERP, or similar DoW systems.
