Qualifications
• Associate must have 3-5 years of contested foreclosure experience, including non-jury trials, depositions, mediations, and general litigation motion practice
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload is a must!
• Experience with client systems is a plus!
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Draft substantive motions
• Ability to handle cases from inception of contested litigation issues through trial
• Florida and/or Illinois Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
• 3+ years of contested foreclosure litigation
