- Ongoing Ford-specific training and certification assistance provided.
Work Requirements- Certification: Ford Certified Transmission Technician required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities- Specialized Repair: Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment to solve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Warranty Standards: Execute all repairs under warranty to strict manufacturer specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of repair needs and timelines.
- Quality Control: Test-drive vehicles to ensure total functionality and safety after service is completed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford transmission technology and repair procedures.
