Job Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, engine, transmission, and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, including FDRS, IDS, and other manufacturer resources.
- Perform thorough Multi-Point Inspections and identify recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation in accordance with Ford warranty requirements.
- Work closely with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Ford Motor Company certifications required
- Previous Ford dealership technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with Ford diagnostic software and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs
- Ford Senior Master Certification is a major plus!
