Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on Ford vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and performance-related concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance following Ford guidelines
• Document repair procedures accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with service advisors for an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
