Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
At least 3 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care
Ability to manage patients of all ages
Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
Commitment to community health and underserved populations
Responsibilities
Establish and grow a new urgent care facility
Deliver patient-centered care for acute illnesses and minor injuries
Work as part of a two-person clinical team
Practice independently and make clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other Saturday

Description
We are currently searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow our brand-new Urgent Care in Middletown, NY.
ANNUAL SALARY: $130,000 annually
WORK LOCATION(S): Middletown, NY
STATUS: Full Time
The Position:
The position offers an exciting opportunity to help establish a new urgent care while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The provider will work as part of a two-person clinical team, delivering efficient, patient-centered care for acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan.
While Cornerstone providers collaborate closely, this role is ideal for an experienced FNP or PA who is confident practicing independently, making sound clinical decisions in a same-day care environment.
Schedule:
4 - 10-hour workdays. Site will be open Monday through Saturday. Schedule rotates each week but requires working every other Saturday.
