Your Role: MEGASYS® offers specialized services in managing gases, chemicals and slurries, where our technicians and engineers provide critical on-site support in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape and advance the organization's strategic direction by developing business concepts, evaluating markets, customers, competitors, and growth opportunities, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our operations and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of long-term business strategies.
- Provide strategic insights to the President and leadership team.
- Oversee major transformation programs, focusing on post-merger integration.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.
- Develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Physical Attributes: - Walking throughout the facility (up to 3 miles per day).
- Basic lifting (up to 40lbs).

Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: - B.A. or B.S. degree (or equivalent) in engineering (chemical, mechanical, etc.) with 8+ years of experience in semiconductors, electonics or a closely related industry.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Good commercial and financial skills, ideally experience with financial planning
- Great communicator (incl. fluently in English)
- Passion for technologies - to shape the technologies of the future
- Very good analytical skills and experience with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work in dynamic and complex environments, handling multiple projects/ workstreams in parallel while achieving the required outcomes and timelines
- Highly motivated team player and ambitious to grow within our organization
Pay range for this position: $166,900 - $240,000
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
