You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F-16 Production Completion team which is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F-16V Block 70 aircraft.
As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the integration of sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a skilled team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets for interior completion.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and FAA regulations.

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
- Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
- Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems (FLEMOS)
- Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA "Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
- Recent fighter aircraft experience
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.
Pay Information
Pay rate for this position is $72500.00 - $134600.00 per hour.
