Standard Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be DoingSupervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications• Flight line operations experience.
• Experience with flight line processes and safety procedures.
• Leadership/Management experience, with Low Observable Coatings / Aviation Maintenance
Desired Skills• Working knowledge of LM manufacturing systems including, QADS, PDM, SFM, EWI, ETG and
DOMMS/ALIS
• Experience with Lockheed Martin organizational environment of production engineering,
manufacturing engineering, production control, and industrial engineering
• Comfortable and effective at holding self and others accountable.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
