Key Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of service and parts operations
- Drive customer pay sales growth and profitability
- Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and retention
- Build and maintain a customer-focused culture
- Develop managers, advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Monitor key performance indicators and execute action plans to achieve results

Qualifications:- Automotive Fixed Operations leadership experience required
- Proven success managing high-volume service and parts operations
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
- Results-oriented with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement
- Chevrolet or General Motors experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
