NSWC's mission is to provide special operations forces to conduct full-spectrum operations, unilaterally or with partners, to support national objectives.
Lukos is recruiting personnel to support NSWC with subject matter expertise through logistics support services, equipment related services, and knowledge-based services.
Job ObjectiveThe purpose of this requirement is to assist with the training of NSWG-1 Echelon IV commands in their preparation for deployment and support the planning, execution, and evolution of Unit Level Training and the Force Development Course
Responsibilities - Maintain relevancy of the FDC framework and intent through regular communication with NSWG-1 Leadership
- Leverage existing Command analysis to identify specific, meaningful qualities associated with exemplary leadership and operational outcomes.
- Identify multiple resources and leaders from all levels for inclusion within FDC curriculum appropriate with Command intent and evolving needs
- Provide modified course schedule reflecting integration of resources within a high-performance framework, deconflicted for availability of supporting personnel
- Organize and execute pre-course planning meetings to ensure coordination amongst all supporting personnel and to establish specific learning objectives for each session within the course.
- Provide guidance and oversight throughout the execution of each course while facilitating a professional environment focused on established learning objectives.
- Implement a comprehensive data collection and evaluation process encompassing both subjective and objective measures of value. (ie. Kirkpatrick Model)
- Provide NSWG-1 leadership with a comprehensive after-action report to include a summary of course activities, evaluation outcomes, best practices, and areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Minimum Job Requirements - Required to hold an adjudicated Secret clearance
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Organizational Management or similar
