Job Summary:

Provides financial management, execution tracking, and audit-readiness support for all PMS 408 programs (CREW, JEOD, UWEOD, ATA, ExMed) using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), ADVANA, and related tools across multiple appropriations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and track funding documents, commitments, obligations, and expenditures in real time
  • Perform monthly reconciliations, annual close-outs, and carry-over analysis
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports tailored to each program's execution cycle
  • Support development of Program Life-Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), LFRS, and TOC reduction efforts
  • Ensure audit readiness and respond to financial audits
  • Track CAP and GFE utilization and history
  • Provide financial data and analysis for quarterly OM&S and RAM-C reporting
