Full Job Description
Candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience (particularly in the areas of banking, money services businesses, payment systems, FinTech firms). Experience with licensing/chartering, and knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, sanctions, third-party risk management, and consumer compliance). Enforcement experience is a plus. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong academic background and excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills, with strong attention to detail. Candidates must be willing to take on significant responsibility, have a strong commitment to client service and be diligent, proactive and team-oriented. Candidates must be admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. The expected pay range for this position is: $260,000 - 365,000 per year Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
