Financial Reporting Administration ManagerThe Financial Reporting Administration Manager is responsible for leading the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Company's financial reporting applications, including OneStream, Oracle Financials, and other multidimensional cube applications. This role combines strong financial systems expertise with accounting and finance knowledge to ensure the reliability, integrity, and optimization of enterprise financial reporting processes. The manager partners closely with the Financial Systems team, Controller's organization, IT, and other finance stakeholders to support critical financial reporting activities, lead system enhancements, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead production support for OneStream and related financial reporting applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrations and data loads.
- Execute and oversee month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
- Maintain application metadata, including dimensions, hierarchies, attributes, and business rules.
- Support allocations, consolidations, and other financial reporting processes.
- Review and implement hierarchy and metadata changes.
- Coordinate system maintenance activities and production support.
- Submit, track, and resolve application support tickets with OneStream and other vendors.
- Serve as backup for financial reporting administrators as needed.
- Support SOX controls related to financial reporting systems.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and documentation for quarterly system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, and develop members of the Financial Systems team, fostering technical expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize work assignments, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Mentor team members in financial systems administration, problem solving, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous learning.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement- Lead cross-functional financial systems projects from planning through implementation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial reporting processes, automation, and system functionality.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT to evaluate business requirements and implement scalable system solutions.
- Participate in strategic initiatives involving financial systems, reporting, and process transformation.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, accounting, finance, or enterprise system administration.
- Experience administering OneStream or other multidimensional cube applications (e.g., Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM) preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting processes.
- Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and driving process improvements.
- Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading technical or functional teams preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence and data analysis tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
