Responsibilities

Location(s): Fresno: 7108 North Fresno Steet, Suite 410, Fresno, CA 93720

Role Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)

Salary: $90,000-$135,000 + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

The Financial Professional serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and wealth management solutions. This role develops and maintains client relationships, delivers personalized recommendations, and partners with clients to help achieve their long-term financial goals. The Financial Professional works independently while collaborating with firm leadership and other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing financial guidance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, investment strategies, and wealth management recommendations tailored to client objectives.
  • Analyze investment portfolios, evaluate performance, and recommend portfolio adjustments based on client goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
  • Lead client review meetings and effectively communicate financial planning and investment recommendations.
  • Identify planning opportunities related to retirement, education funding, tax-efficient investing, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Monitor client portfolios and financial plans to ensure recommendations remain aligned with evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and other financial professionals to deliver coordinated planning and investment solutions.
  • Support business development initiatives through networking, client referrals, seminars, and community engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and ethical standards.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or CFP® designation.


Basic Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory services, or a related financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and providing financial planning and investment guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, portfolio construction, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple client priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning, CRM, and portfolio management software.
