What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is currently seeking financial operations professionals in support of Homeland Security and Law Enforcement clients.

The role may require on‑site presence up to three days per week in the Washington, DC metro area (with potential inclusion of Indianapolis).

Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:

  • Process a high volume of travel and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review, validate, and calculate information across incoming relocation and financial materials, maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Conduct analysis on financial transactions and identify discrepancies or required follow-up.

  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve outstanding items.

  • Communicate progress, issues, and status updates to clients clearly, professionally, and in a consistent, timely manner.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in all written and verbal interactions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, or improve existing processes.

This role requires the ability to be onsite up to three (3) days per week in the Washington, DC or Indianapolis, IN.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • ONE (1) or more years of financial management or operations experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Active clearance or reciprocity strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies to deliver financial operations or analysis

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
