Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Management Stf for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance within the Tactical Missiles line of business.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Stf you will be responsible for leading a team of four analysts in day-to-day financial management of After Market Enterprise contracts, while performing core finance activities across FP&A, overhead, program finance, accounting, and controller functions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and problem-resolution support to the finance team to meet deliverables.
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk-opportunity assessments to inform program decisions.
- Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
- Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to shape budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls, and support proposal development and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash and CSR/LRP process
- Experience / knowledge with Earned Value Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrate strong financial / analytical skills
- Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree
Desired Skills- Strong business acumen
- Defense industry experience
- Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control business systems experience (Oracle, SAP S4, Cobra)
- Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
- Working knowledge of FP&A (includes Long Range Plan, Contract Status Review (CSR), Orders / Sales / Profit / Cash)
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS management & reporting
- Experience and ability to interface with senior management
- Proposal capture experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
