KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Financial Analyst will partner closely with Research & Development teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. This role offers significant exposure to highly skilled technical and business leaders, providing a unique opportunity to gain deep industry knowledge, develop strategic finance expertise, and accelerate professional growth within KLA.

  • Partner with Division leadership to support the planning, forecasting, and financial analysis of fixed costs, including headcount, travel and entertainment, project materials, depreciation, and allocations.

  • Identify, analyze, and communicate financial risks and opportunities; develop tools and reporting to monitor performance against forecast, plan, and actual results.

  • Develop, automate, and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and management dashboards to support business decision-making.

  • Manage all forecasting and planning activities within the OneStream financial reporting system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across OneStream and supporting offline models.

  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.

  • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $77,900.00 - $132,400.00 Annually
