Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a professional who excels at helping customers secure financing while delivering an exceptional buying experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities- Present finance, lease, warranty, protection, and aftermarket product options to customers.
- Secure financing through a network of banks, credit unions, and lenders.
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
- Maintain high finance product penetration while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and process finance contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor deal funding and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
- Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships.
- Maintain excellent CSI while maximizing dealership profitability.
Qualifications- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and dealership management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation$100,000-$165,000+ Annually Compensation is based on experience, production, and performance.
