Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Business Partnership- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business strategy and decision-making
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and insights to guide key initiatives
Financial Planning & Performance- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Drive performance monitoring and provide actionable insights
Cash Flow & Financial Discipline- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management
- Support capital allocation and financial discipline
Accounting, Compliance & Controls- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Lead audits, tax filings, and maintain strong internal controls
Operations & Execution- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes
Stakeholder Management- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors
Leadership- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus
Experience- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong background in both strategic finance and operational execution
- Experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred. Above all, account reconciliations/rebates for the US government's MEDICARE and MEDICAID programs.
