Job OverviewThe Finance Manager is responsible for managing the Center's day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, expenditures, and financial records. Ensures financial activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with established company and government requirements.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties:- Manage daily financial and accounting activities.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and forecasts.
- Review financial transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, purchasing, and other financial activities, as assigned.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and irregularities.
- Coordinate financial information and reporting with Center and corporate management.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned finance personnel, as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsMandatory:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of related experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, or financial administration.
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and computerized financial systems.
- Successfully pass background check and drug test required on the contract.
Preferred:- Five (5) years of related experience.
- Experience managing financial operations in a Job Corps, education, workforce development, or government environment.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with government-funded programs or contracts.
Salary Range: 90,000-110,000
