Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Proven track record in senior finance roles
Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with international finance and multi-currency operations
Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced Excel/financial modeling
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Oversee accounting and tax compliance functions
Develop financial models to support decision making
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and risk management
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners
Review and negotiate terms of artist and vendor contracts
Oversee multi-currency financial management
