Finance Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience required, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing; Lean implementation experience is a plus.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced professional credentials strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and financial accounting principles, with a consultative approach.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and OneStream is advantageous.
• Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the site accounting function, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide financial decision support and strategic insights to site leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Finance team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, billing, cash collections, and monthly closing activities.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including reporting and presentations.
• Conduct monthly P&L variance analysis, delivering insights on business performance.
• Evaluate proposed investments and capital projects to support financial decision-making.
