Position Summary

The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitable growth and support key business objectives. This role partners closely with commercial and functional leaders to translate business strategies into financial plans, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance and decision support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Support leadership in translating business objectives into measurable financial outcomes.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business areas.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor performance against plans and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure financial plans accurately reflect operational strategies and market conditions.

Performance Analysis & Insights

Qualifications

Education
