Full Job Description
As a Finance Business Analyst (Business Transformation), you will be a key architect of change within our Finance organization. Your mission is to evolve our financial ecosystem from manual, reactive reporting to automated, proactive strategic intelligence. This new role will partner with our Digital Transformation (DX) and IT teams to implement next-generation tools and rethink how financial data flows through our organization

Additionally, play a supporting role in accelerating our AI readiness by overseeing data preparedness and labeling workflows. You will collaborate with business & technology stakeholders to defi ne annotation guidelines, ensuring that training datasets are accurate, consistent, and representative of real-world scenarios.

The Business Analyst will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Applications & PMO with high visibility within the C-Suite

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP & Systems Implementation: Serve as the Finance lead for the migration / optimization of our ERP (Baan IVC4 to Infor LN), ensuring data architecture supports future business needs.
  • Strategic Ecosystem Transformation: Architecting modern operational models by dismantling legacy friction; deploying autonomous agentic workflows and predictive intelligence to eliminate manual intervention and drive proactive decision-making
  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish "single source of the truth" by building standardized data models that bridge the gap between operational activities and financial outcomes.
  • Change Management: Act as the liaison between the technical implementation teams and the end-users in Finance, facilitating training and driving adoption of new digital tools.
  • Scalability Modeling: Build financial frameworks that allow the business to scale rapidly-standardizing reporting for new acquisitions or international expansions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the finance and HR domains, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with the team


Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on system implementations, process improvement, or project management within a finance function.
  • Advanced proficiency in Onestream / Tableau; experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
  • CPA or CFA is an asset, but a PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly valued for this specific track.
  • The ability to challenge the "status quo" diplomatically. You must be comfortable leading workshops and influencing stakeholders who may be resistant to new technologies.
  • The ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment with multiple stakeholders


The expected base salary range for this position is $102,090 - $130,000. Final base salary offers will reflect an assessment of the selected candidate's skills, demonstrated competencies, and adherence to our internal pay equity framework.
