Job SummaryThis individual will drive corporate training initiatives so that the organization can implement and achieve business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manages key training events to ensure programs support desired behavioral changes
- Supports zone and field training requests
- Conducts gap analysis to develop custom programs for high profile clients and events
- Collaborates with vendors to perform trainings requested and required by the business
- Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 7 + years of relevant work experience, at least 5 spent working with multiple lines of business
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement learning programs
- Knowledge of Housekeeping / Environmental standards, preferred
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
- Able to travel extensively
