Operations Supervisor FULL-TIME Opportunity
Schedule: The applicant must be able to work a variety of scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Supervisor Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations which may include staffing, scheduling, ensuring maintenance of equipment and supplies, internal communications, budgetary considerations, outside agency interface, and community relations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop field staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain operational quality through daily oversight and communication.

State Driver's License with driving record in compliance with GMR's Safety & Driving policy (proof required if conditional employment is made).
As required for EMT or Paramedic: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS Certifications.
