Strategic Project Management

Field Solutions Engineering is a Forward Deployed Engineering team, meaning that hires should expect frequent travel to customer locations across the US and EMEA in order to execute strategic design sprints in on-site collaboration with our partner customers. These design sprints will regularly involve Aerospace and Defense projects.

Support cross-functional customer initiatives by contributing to multi-phase projects that span pre-sales, customer transition, and post-sales activities-serving innovative teams across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Automotive, and Medical.

Take ownership of delegated project components across pre-sales, onboarding transition, and post sale support-contributing to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, while learning to tailor technical solutions to the unique requirements and constraints of each sector.
