Field Service Technical Trainer to play a key role in developing and supporting our Field Service team. This position combines
hands-on technical expertise, training, and advanced troubleshooting to ensure technicians deliver high-quality service on precision measuring equipment.

Key Responsibilities- Train, coach, and develop Field Service Technicians and trainees
- Provide technical support (phone & on-site) for CMMs, vision systems, linear scales, and related equipment
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with A2LA quality standards
- Conduct field audits to ensure technician competency and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to support technicians and customers
- Coordinate and administer ongoing training programs
- Maintain and distribute technical documentation and updates
- Stay current on new products and training developments
Qualifications- Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical experience in field service, manufacturing, or related environment
- Experience with precision measuring equipment (CMM, vision systems, etc.) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experienced training, mentoring, or coaching technicians preferred
- Valid driver's license required
Schedule & Travel- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Travel up to 35% (including customer and field visits)
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $82,000 - $90,000
- Minimum 17 days PTO + 10 paid holidays
