Job Summary

Field Service Engineer, CT (Computed Tomography) - Medical Imaging

Location: California, West Coast (Full-time, Permanent)Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 plus benefits

Role Overview: Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced CT systems across California and the West Coast. Provide technical support, lead root cause investigations, manage installation projects, and work closely with global engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues. Deliver field training, support preventive maintenance, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Travel is expected to be approximately 25 to 40%, with occasional nationwide and international travel for training and installation support.

Key Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• 4 to 5 years of field service or technical support experience in medical imaging or a related customer-facing role
• Strong experience servicing CT scanners preferred. Experience with MRI, vascular, or other complex imaging modalities will also be considered
• Proven troubleshooting, installation, and technical support expertise
• Willingness to travel throughout the region and internationally as required
