Job Summary

Imaging Field Service Engineer (Traveler)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Imaging Field Service Engineer (Traveller) for an opportunity supporting advanced medical imaging technology across the Philadelphia region.

We are looking for a technically strong engineer with experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex medical imaging equipment.

Candidates do not need previous experience with the specific systems being supported, as comprehensive specialist training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex medical imaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer-related faults.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Provide technical support to customers within hospital and clinical environments.
• Complete accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Manage service requirements across an assigned regional customer base.
• Work independently while collaborating with a wider field service and technical support team.

Experience & Skills

We are interested in engineers with experience across areas including:
• MRI
• CT
• X-ray
• Nuclear Medicine
• LINAC / Radiation Oncology
• Biomedical / Clinical Engineering
• Medical OEM Field Service

Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in:
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting

Training & Travel

Comprehensive technical and product training will be provided.

Candidates should be comfortable with significant travel during the initial training period, with travel becoming more regionally focused once fully trained.

The position also requires flexibility around working hours depending on customer and equipment availability.
