You will support installation, maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and retrofits of instruments while ensuring operational uptime for clinical teams.
Working closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams across the United States and Europe, you will act as a vital link between field performance insights and product development - helping drive continuous improvement in technology, processes, and service delivery.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months
