The Opportunity

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. We're looking for a hustler-someone who can:

  • Close deals in-home and on-site
  • Build their own pipeline
  • Educate customers and create urgency
  • Turn consultations into signed contracts

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients
  • Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution
  • Deliver compelling presentations that close deals on the spot
  • Follow up on inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities (referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships)
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
  • Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead 12 install

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven sales closer (home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated-doesn't wait for leads, creates opportunities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

  • Base salary (safety net) + uncapped commission
  • High ticket sales (typical deal size: $15K-$30K+)
  • Top performers can earn six figures+
