Field Project Manager, Construction Operations - Northern California (Sacramento)
What You'll Do
As a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations, you'll spearhead Renovation Management efforts across key markets in Northern California and Western U.S. In this role, you will:
Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching-be the face of Altisource in your region.
Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and "clean, safe & functional" standards.
Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies.
Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment.
Guide the full project lifecycle-from awarded scope through completion-maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs.
Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership.
