Role SummaryThe Field Marketing Manager - Americas owns the regional marketing plan and orchestrates a focused portfolio of Sales-prioritized account, industry, customer-expansion, and event-led programs. The role translates global Demand Generation and Industry Marketing plays into coordinated local action, applying country, language, privacy, procurement, buyer-context insight and account action.
The role is accountable for prioritization, multi-country activation, and marketing contribution to pipeline- not for providing equal coverage to every country, vertical, account, or partner motion or for independently executing every specialist activity.
Your Role- Build and maintain the Americas regional marketing plan, quarterly priorities, investment recommendations, activation calendar, and pipeline-gap plan with Sales leadership.
- Prioritize a manageable portfolio of named strategic accounts and priority segments. Drive bespoke account activation only for the agreed Tier 1 account set; use scalable one-to-many programs for remaining priority accounts.
- Co-own regional ABM orchestration with Demand Generation: provide account and market context, validate priority accounts and signals, recommend next-best actions, and lead regular Sales/Marketing inspection of agreed account plans.
- Activate approved global industry, customer-expansion, and demand programs locally. Select a limited number of highest-impact plays each quarter rather than running every vertical motion simultaneously.
- Coordinate the right intervention for agreed priority accounts and opportunities, such as targeted nurture, SDR/BDE/AE outreach, workshop, pre-sales session, executive engagement, customer proof, event activation, or recycle path.
- Own the regional marketing calendar and surface overlaps, coverage gaps, account gaps, budget/capacity trade-offs, and required support from central teams, agencies, and shared services.
- Provide high-quality contact, account, and engagement data, including campaign source, activity history, account context, and recommended next actions, to support consistent lead management and sales engagement processes.
- Coordinate partner participation only when it is material to an approved account plan or campaign, working through the appropriate Partner Marketing and channel teams.
- Support a limited number of Sales-prioritized early-stage opportunities only where there is a named account, a buyer or deal hypothesis, an agreed Sales owner, and a defined marketing intervention that can test urgency, access, or business case.
- Provide actionable regional insight on buyers, competitors, program performance, conversion, and route-to-market conditions to central teams and leadership.
