What you'll buildYou'll manage SAP Canada's compliance landscape across Quebec, administering policies on bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud while ensuring adherence to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local regulations. You will oversee the frameworks for public contract governance. You will deliver targeted compliance training to employees across North America. You will also be the trusted advisor for our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. You will collaborate with Legal and Government Affairs on Quebec's regulatory requirements. You will help ensure compliance with third-party relationships. You will also answer policy questions for employees. Additionally, you'll monitor evolving legal and regulatory trends, channel employee inquiries and complaints through proper mechanisms, track compliance issues for leadership reporting, and drive adoption of global compliance initiatives tailored to our regional context.
