A3IM Field Account Manager
The Field Account Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships while driving sales growth, program success, and customer satisfaction within assigned industrial accounts. This position serves as a trusted advisor to customers by identifying opportunities, supporting maintenance and project requirements, coordinating with strategic supplier partners, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires regular interaction with instrumentation, maintenance, operations, and procurement personnel within chemical plants, refineries, and other industrial facilities.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers
Understand customer organizational structures, decision-making processes, priorities, and business objectives
Conduct regular customer visits, discovery meetings, and site walk-throughs to identify opportunities and address challenges
Serve as a trusted resource by providing timely, responsive, and reliable customer support

Sales and Business Development
