Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting, or program management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in government services and contracting.
- Prior experience managing IT engineering and technical staff in a government environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
- PMP certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong leadership, initiative, and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including executive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.
- Proven ability to monitor and manage project financials and reporting.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 to $184,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing? WWT is seeking a Senior Federal Program Manager to be responsible for the overall leadership, delivery, and strategic growth of Air Force services programs located in San Antonio, TX.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Engagement - Develop and execute strategies for AF services programs, including capacity planning, training, and process improvement.
- Build and foster relationships with cross-functional teams (account managers, architects, resource management, sales, analysts, etc.).
- Assume ownership of all business within assigned programs, managing and mentoring on-site and virtual resources.
- Lead delivery of successful AF services engagements, ensuring collaboration, risk management, and operational oversight.
- Grow the staffing business by identifying new opportunities and understanding client environments and initiatives.
Program & Delivery Management - Lead virtual service delivery teams, driving excellence in outcomes, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT leaders to deliver quality and value to clients.
- Serve as escalation point and executive single point of contact (SPOC) for service-delivery issues.
- Advise sales teams on services strategy, planning, and targeted campaigns to grow services within accounts.
- Support creation of Statements of Work (SOW), customer pitches, and presentations.
- Review and understand contract requirements, RFIs/RFPs, modifications, and extensions.
Financial Stewardship - Meet and exceed financial performance goals across assigned programs.
- Manage overall financial forecasting, and attainment.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, and financial metrics, leading teams to achieve goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of administrative reports (timecards, status, rosters, rates, partner information).
Client Relationship & Support - Develop client QBRs, monthly service reviews, and ongoing communications to highlight value and achievements.
- Establish strategic advisor relationships with client executives and facilitate executive steering committees.
- Serve as overall executive SPOC to clients for all service-related issues and escalations.
People Management - Manage direct reports and coordinate geographically dispersed, multifunctional teams.
- Onboard, mentor, and offboard resources; coach for career development and utilization.
- Advocate and teach organizational values, frameworks, and business practices.
- Conduct regular meetings, communications, and one-on-ones with staff.
