Full Job Description
Job Profile Summary Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees. The Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas within Oracle Cloud HCM to support complex business rules across modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient formula-based solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, eligibility rules, validations, and data extracts. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Fast Formula development. • Modify existing formulas and create new ones to support evolving business processes. • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues. • Document formula logic, testing procedures, and deployment processes. • Support end-to-end testing and post-go-live issue resolution. • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to internal teams as needed Required Qualifications • Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Fast Formulas. • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation. • Proficiency in various formula types: Calculation, Validation, Extract Rule, Element Input Validation, etc. • Familiarity with Oracle HCM data model, user-defined tables (UDT), and database structures. • Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams • U.S. citizen and Canadian Preferred Experience • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations. • Exposure to industries such as higher education, healthcare, or public sector, is advantageous. • Familiarity with OTBI reporting and SQL is a plus. The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
