We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Medical Provider (MD, or PA) to join our growing independent primary care practice. Our membership-based model allows providers to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Position Highlights

- Average patient load of approximately 20 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families
Qualifications
- MD, or Physician Assistant (PA) with appropriate licensure
- Board certification in Family Medicine (for physicians)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care
- Experience in primary care preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
