Position
A Private Advisor team within Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking a senior finance professional to join its Family Office Services group. - Provide proactive financial oversight, anticipating client needs and coordinating across internal teams and external advisors to ensure financial information, liquidity, and entity-level matters are appropriately managed.
- Coordinate tax-related activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, serving as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party tax advisors and preparers.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, investment reporting, reconciliations, and other financial reporting deliverables.
- Establish and enhance family office processes and infrastructure, including accounting frameworks, controls, approval workflows, reporting procedures, and governance practices.
- Support the Private Advisor team’s broader Client Reporting and Tax Liaison practices, providing senior-level oversight and additional capacity across the client base.
- Standardize and enhance reporting processes, including templates, close calendars, data integration, and reconciliation procedures to promote consistency and accuracy.
- Manage tax liaison workflows, including engagement tracking, information requests, tax estimates and extension calendars, and coordination between internal teams and external tax professionals across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Evaluate and implement financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, and data aggregation tools to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to broader Family Office Services initiatives.
