Full Job Description
DAY SHIFT offering 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm EST
FTE: 0.8375-1.0
Salary: $114,400-124,800
Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00am-12:00am EST)
Provide both in-person and virtual patient care based on market specific needs
Submit both in-house and outside referrals based on patient needs
Work independently as well as collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health, and physical therapy providers.

Requirements
Requirements: This is a hybrid position and candidate must reside in Batesville, IN to be considered for the role.
Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing
Must have CPR/BLS certification
Must have national certification from ANCC/AANP
Must have a current unrestricted license for the state in which you practice
Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently
Must have an insured vehicle in a safe and acceptable condition

You're proficient in phlebotomy skills, or you're looking forward to learning these skills and becoming a phlebotomy pro. No experience? No problem. We provide training!
