At our Hicksville clinic, earn $125,000 to $188,000 base plus a sign-on bonus and up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuses, with AI copilots handling the documentation. How You'll Make an Impact
Clinical care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
Patient experience & flow: Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
