We are seeking a
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our high-growth, modern private practice with 8 office locations throughout Northern VA. - Comprehensive Primary Care: Manage a diverse, high-value patient panel with the autonomy to practice full-scope primary care, including acute care, women's health, and standard in-office procedures. The practice utilizes a sophisticated model that seamlessly converts acute walk-in volume into deeply loyal, long-term primary care relationships.
- Elite Operational Efficiency: Eliminate administrative burdens through a forward-thinking, tech-enabled support system featuring 1:1 MA pairing alongside advanced virtual assistant scribing for real-time chart completion. Dedicated centralized teams manage all prior authorizations, labs, and patient callbacks, ensuring physicians focus exclusively on clinical delivery.
