SummaryJoin a high-quality outpatient Family Medicine practice at CentraCare- Northway in St. Cloud that offers flexibility, autonomy, and balance. This position allows physicians to customize their scope of care-including optional obstetrics up to 28 weeks and procedural work based on interest-while benefiting from minimal call and a supportive, collegial clinic culture.
Schedule- Day shifts | 4 day work week
- Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts
- Call by phone approximately 1:30
Pay and Benefits- Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

QualificationsRequired:- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
